It is best to ship the headphones in its carry case, and then securely package the case within a box made of strong cardboard.
Accurate Sound will generate all the export documents needed to for U.S. & Canada Customs.
Print the ship label. Print and sign the commercial invoices (3), and the EEI Data and Certificate of Origin forms if sent.
Fold in half and insert into a clear plastic ship envelope in this order.

Please don’t split the paperwork by putting the ship label in one envelope and the other documents into another. Customs will send the shipment into a security area for having unknown contents or the package will be flagged as having missing documents. This will additional days to the shipment time.
Any UPS access point, store, or customer care center can provide a clear plastic envelope for the documents, or use a large Ziploc bag. Scanners must be able to read through the attached clear plastic envelope. Do affix the envelope so that customs agents can easily access the docs. Try not to affix the envelope over the sealed flaps of the box so that customs will have unencumbered access during an inspection should one occur.
Make sure the UPS agent scans the ship label into the system. At that point, the agent should ask for your e-address or cell number so you receive notifications on the shipment. Accurate Sound also enters your e-address into the system so you are kept informed on the progress of the shipment.
